Hey there, my name is Erica Patchett, and I am the Operations Manager and Billing and Invoicing Manager here at Limitless Learning. I am originally from Idaho, and I have lived in Alabama for five years now! Some of my favorite pass times are hiking, kayaking, reading, and riding horses. My golden retriever Riggs joins me on all of my outdoor adventures and my favorite adventure to take him along is kayaking. My favorite thing about working for Limitless Learning is seeing the compassion that all of our therapists have for the kiddos and in turn watching every one of the kids grow and thrive here. We are never running short on smiles, and it makes it all worthwhile!
Hello everyone! My name is McKenzie Smith, and I am the lead RBT and Administrative Assistant at Limitless Learning. Recently, I graduated from Athens State University with a bachelor’s in educational studies and a concentration in collaborative education. My favorite memory from working at Limitless Learning so far was the Easter Egg Hunt Event! It was so much fun playing with the kiddos and watching them enjoy the games with us, their peers, and their families.
My name is Cynthia Reed, and I am the clinical director and owner at Limitless Learning. I have been working with children with learning and developmental disabilities since 2018, and I was born and raised in the Huntsville/Madison area. I have two master’s degrees, one in Psychology, specializing in experimental research design, and a second in Applied Behavior Analysis. I began working with children with special needs in a preschool setting while in graduate school at UAH, and I fell in love with the innocence, mystery, and endless potential that I saw in children with autism spectrum disorder. I have worked in several different clinical and school settings, and I am now living my dream as I facilitate learning and growth in the clinic setting at Limitless Learning. I have experience working with individuals between the ages of 18 months and 23 years of age, specializing in applied behavior analysis tailored to children between the ages of 2-8 years of age. At Limitless Learning, our number one priority is the growth and development of our clients. We also strive to strengthen our families by teaching them what a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder means, how it affects their child’s learning, and how they can assist their children in learning and acquiring new skills. Additionally, our goal is to encourage play, social interaction, and joy throughout our clients’ days here as they accomplish their learning goals and learn replacement/appropriate behaviors. Our clinic model revolves around naturalistic teaching, facilitating play, functional engagement with toys and activities, and promoting socially significant engagement and change in the clients’ lives.
Hi! My name is Brittany Stewart, and I am a BCBA here at Limitless Learning! I started my ABA journey working as an RBT and I have worked with children with autism spectrum disorder for several years. I am passionate about the field of ABA and am dedicated to providing the best possible care and support for each and every one of our clients. All of our clients are so wonderful and unique in their own individual ways, and it is such a beautiful experience to get to know each of them and work to make their lives better. It is a privilege to be a part of their journey towards growth and success, and I am grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact in their lives here at Limitless Learning. I am so excited to continue helping our kiddos become more independent in their daily lives and have meaningful interactions with the world around
them!

My favorite ways to unwind outside of work include painting, crocheting, and spending time with loved ones (including my dog, Flynn). My favorite memory about working here is definitely the Easter event we had. It was so great seeing the parents and kids relax and have fun. Also, every little success these kids have. I love being in an environment where we can celebrate every success.
Hi there! My name is Taylor Higgins, and I am a behavior therapist at Limitless Learning. I graduated from the University of North Georgia with a degree in psychology. When I am not working with these amazing kiddos, I love to read, cook, and spend time with my friends and family. Hey everyone! My name is Audi Taylor, and I am a behavior therapist at Limitless Learning. I was born in Korea and moved around a lot as a child due to my father being in the military. I am from Harvest, AL and I am pursuing my master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis at Purdue University. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Alabama. One day I want to be a child psychologist! I chose the field of ABA because I want to be able to make a difference and help children grow and develop their skills one day at a time. I wish to open my own clinic one day providing cognitive therapy! I enjoy hiking, hanging out with my friends, helping people, and swimming. My favorite colors are black and purple, and I am really good at completing puzzles. At limitless learning, my favorite part of the day is playing imaginary games with the kiddos and hearing them try to pronounce my name.
Hello, my name is Emily Azhar, and I am a RBT here at Limitless Learning. I am from Orlando, Florida and just recently moved here! I am currently in school at the University of West Florida pursuing my master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis. One accomplishment that is particularly important to me is that I will have my master’s degree by the summer of 2024! I chose the field of ABA due to having two brothers with autism who constantly help me strive to learn and grow. Some of my favorite pastimes are hiking, reading, completing puzzles, and playing video games. My favorite thing about Limitless Learning so far is completing fun crafts with the kiddos and playing fun games!
